Today's update was going to include some really great pics of my cousin's wedding last weekend, but I got into a car wreck this afternoon, so those have been preempted by shots of my poor, dear, much loved automobile all smashed up...

This is the driver's side rear bumper. As you can see it's totally pulled away from the rear corner panel.

This is the driver's side rear quarter shot. You can really see how the passenger's side has been pushed in.

This is where you can see most of the damage. The bumper is pretty much toast. So is the trunk lid. What's really going to cost a fortune to repair is that dent above the rear wheel. Nothing hit that part, so it must have crumpled up from the impact in the rear.

This is the front passenger's side. The turn signal popped out. The front bumper is scratched up pretty bad. There's a whole area of the hood that is missing paint, but the hood is probably unfixable anyway because of that dent near the bottom of the grill.

The grill usually has chrome surrounds. You can see the bumper is pretty badly damaged. Again, that dent in the hood is probably a big problem.

I guess the important part is that no one was seriously hurt. There was a total of five cars in the pile-up! I'm absolutely zero-at-fault, so it really shouldn't cost me a dime. Still, this pretty much sucks.

It's pretty late, so I'm not going to write much. Rachel and I spent last weekend camping (sort-of) with Chad and Dorene. Here's some pics:
